A subdued worker serves a swollen man bound in an endless cycle of simultaneous consumption and defecation. A series of unprecedented events follow after the worker is forcibly laid off.

Short Synopsis  [contains spoilers]

Inside a floating building, a swollen man endlessly defecates money as he is fed by a worker who deposits fruit onto a conveyor belt. All seems to be in order until the swollen man halts the assembly line and vomits out a robot. Taking charge, the robot replaces the worker and ejects him down a wasteland inhabited by scavengers. The incident triggers the worker to turn into a bug and incites everyone on the ground to turn into bugs as well. They quickly infiltrate the building and bring it into collapse. Taking away all fruit they could find, the bugs plant them outside and the barren wasteland becomes alive with trees.
